For a first time experience at an eye clinic I have to say it was phenomenal! Dr Lui was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. She quickly found the problem I was having and made me feel assured that all my concerns and problems would be addressed. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

They let me drive 30 minutes to their clinic in a snowstorm for my appointment just to let me know it was cancelled. They called me earlier but didn’t leave a voicemail. I tried calling back four or five times but they didn’t pick up. I had just had eye surgery and had to have a follow up. I had to have a follow up within a week of the surgery and the staff weren’t able to give me a solid appointment after cancelling mine.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had an appointment with Dr. Tetiana at 4:30 PM and paid a deposit in advance. When I arrived, the clinic was closed. No one came out, and my calls and messages were completely ignored. I was simply scammed — they took my money and didn’t even bother to notify me that the appointment was canceled. This is total disrespect toward patients and a complete lack of professionalism. Absolutely not recommended. Save your time, money, and nerves.
