This is the perfect place for the whole family! Dr. Samantha was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough with the eye exam, and Kim Sin (the optician) was fantastic at helping find the most comfortable and well-fitting glasses. We are absolutely thrilled with the service!

Kim helped fix my sunglasses nosepads and she went above and beyond to tighten the sunglasses and clean them. She also offered to do the same for my glasses as well. Incredible customer service and I’ll definitely be coming by again

I was a patient of Dr. Paterson for well over 20 years. He is one of the best. I referred friends and family to him who were all very happy with him and his delightful personality. Things all changed when I ordered a new pair of glasses from the optical store and had lenses replaced in another. When I picked up the glasses the progressive lenses had be measured incorrectly and had to be replaced in both pair of glasses. I went away on holidays and came back with an illness that kept me from going back in and to deal with issues I was still having. When I went back in, I was berated by the staff who accused me of trying to get something out of them after months and wrongly accused me of owing them money. They also thew Dr. Paterson under the bus, so extremely unprofessional, by saying the optomitists know nothing about the optical/dispensing end of things and perhas the prescription was his error They wanted me to pay for another appointment with him when I had just had one in the last 6 months before filling my prescription. The person I was dealing with said she was too busy to deal with the issue that day and said she booked an appointment for me to come back the following week. When I called in to confirm the appointment no appointment had been book. I took this as a clear sign they didn't want to deal with me, and I never went back. The money they accused me of owing them was for my husband's bill. We have 100% coverage through our extended benefits for eye exams. They had called me twice about the bill. I gave them the correct billing information two more times. Our benefits number had been on file with them for years and we had never had an issue previously. They wanted me to pay them because of their error. They also said my husband was abusive on the phone. He was not. I was sitting right beside him when they called and said his bill was outstanding and he told them again to bill the correct number. Unfortunately, I will never ever set foot in this business again. They they are rude and condesending and belittle people because of there inaccurate record keeping and incompetence. I now have two pairs of glasses that I am having issues with that I paid a subtantial amount of money for. I highly recommend Dr. Paterson services, he is a great optomitist. However, I will never go back because of how I was treated by the optical lab in the business. If you don't stink of money when you walk through the door they don't care at all about your loyalty to your doctor and will belittle and berate you and make you feel like dirt, and even through the optomitist under the bus for their errors.
