  I had gone to a different local hearing clinic recommended by my doctor at the time (I've since changed doctors, due in past to this) that happily sold me a very expensive pair of hearing aids. But when it came to dealing with my issues, he was disintetested, basically lecturing me when I wrote a negative review and telling me it was a "me problem". I eventually gave up and sought a different technician who would work with me. The RHIP was excellent, working to make adjustments and taking time to test them out in the office, following up and making future adjustments a necessary. I highly recommend this clinic. You'll be well taken care of here.

  I can attest to the exceptional service provided by this team of experts. My 97-year-old mother has been a client for several years. It is not always straightforward to identify the challenges she faces with her hearing. Christine and Maddie consistently take the time to ask the appropriate questions to understand the issues and work to enhance her hearing. I greatly appreciate their kindness, patience and understanding. When the time comes for myself, I certainly know where to go. Thank you, Ladies

  Awesome experience. These hearing aids were for my mom, who lives in a seniors home. Absolute Hearing visited my mom, in her room & did her hearing test. They were able to fit her for new hearing aids, in her room! A couple of weeks later, they delivered her new hearing aids, in her room, & made sure they were both a good fit & function. They will do follow-ups (in her room,) every month to make sure all is well. Amazing service!
