My family has had nothing but issues with HEARcanada’s hearing aids. We’ve had to go back countless times for fixes, and in the past, we’ve even been given the wrong hearing aids entirely. For the price you’re paying, you’d expect better. Our most recent replacements were a mess, we never even spoke to a specialist to ensure everything was working well. While we were there, an older man on his way out said, “You keep messing up just to have me back, don’t you?” And honestly, while it was in jest, it brings up a bigger issue. Far too many seniors are dealing with the same frustrations: poor service, lack of care, and a process that feels designed to fail. HEARcanada has the opportunity to do better, but right now, it feels like they’re falling short. Seniors deserve dignity, patience, and a system that actually cares.

Great staff, very helpful and courteous with my friend who gets her hearing aides adjusted. Going back tomorrow. Highly recommend having them help you out too.
