  If I could give 10 stars, I would! After a poor experience with progressive lenses from another company, I visited Crystal Vision in Maple Ridge on a friend's recommendation. My previous lenses left my peripheral vision blurry and distorted, so I was planning to switch back to single-vision lenses. Shelby was fantastic in helping me find frames that suited me, and Ryan recommended trying Crystal Vision's high-quality progressive lenses. He explained their 30-day satisfaction guarantee and suggested I also try Transition lenses, knowing I could make changes if needed. My glasses arrived within a week, and the progressive lenses were amazing. I adapted to them within just a few hours and experienced none of the issues I'd had before. While the Transition lenses weren't for me, Ryan and the team immediately made it right. Without hesitation, they replaced the lenses, and within a week I had exactly what I wanted. Three weeks later, I couldn't be happier. The service, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Thank you to Ryan, Shelby, and the entire Crystal Vision team.   We have been going to this location for years and years and truly value the relationship we have created. Top notch service every single contact. Prices are more than reasonable and we go out of our way to recommend them for any vision or hearing needs of friends and family. If you have any vision or hearing needs, be sure to try them out. I had no idea that they are a family owned/run business! Support local....support small business! Be sure to ask for stylist extraordinaire Shelby or knows-all Ryan! I wish we could give 10 stars. Thank you guys for everything. (Oh! And the after service care is amazing, as well)

  Shelby and Ryan are absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is second to none. They are kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. They made me feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire process. I have never experienced such a high level of service anywhere else. If you need glasses or hearing aids, this is the place to go.
