  A special thanks to the lady doctor who treated me. Went there for stubborn earwax clogged in my left ear. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate her excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality service.

  I went this clinc because I had some ear inflammation last week. Silvanna was incredibly kind and thorough—she examined my ear with an otoscope, explained the recovery process, and gave me helpful advice. Highly recommend this clinic!

  I had a call with Silvana earlier today. In our brief call, I provided info about what I was experiencing, suggesting that I didn't want to waste her time if it was something she couldn't treat. After relaying some info, I was told that I was right - it is most probably my eustachian tubes not working properly, specifically on my right ear. Sound from my right ear is greatly diminished and my brain has compensated so my left ear is significantly louder. It feels like earwax build up, but it's actually fluid or a tight muscle that is blocking sound to my eardrum. When listening to headphones, I can barely hear on my right side and hear on my left side only. The stereo image is totally ruined... Additionally, there is no pain whatsoever, no discharge, etc. Thankfully, this is often not a serious problem and can be solved quite easily once professionals are involved and help you. Leaving her a 5 star review for her knowledge, her time, and for confirming I don't need to book an appointment with her - because she can use that time with other clients. This is a specific issue that requires a check in with my family doctor, then they need to refer to me to an ENT, who will treat the symtoms and eventually provide a lasting solution or a cure. For all reading this review - don't fall asleep directly on your right ear when using a FIRM pillow. That is what caused it. I woke up with it and have been living with it now for 3 days.
