Price was reasonable and much appreciated, especially compared to other hearing aid centres that don’t deal with mainly one brand of hearing aids. The Phonak TV Connector was a game changer! Absolutely love it! Jeannie, the hearing aid specialist, was very friendly and helpful.

Sharing this on behalf of my mum A.Joseph. I can't recommend Dr. Mortazavi highly enough. She's comprehensive and thorough, and she really pays attention to her patients. I was very impressed with Dr Mortazavi and how very thorough she was both with the exam and also the explanation of the findings and how to move forward. I never felt rushed and had the opportunity to get any and all of my questions answered. Front office was equally amazing and helpful. They were patient and friendly. A welcoming experience. Thank you connect hearing.

Amazing experience at this location. Kathy was exceptional and very good at her role. She was extremely patient with my little one who is under 2. Would highly recommend this office even more if you have a younger child needing a hearing test. They have great toys and a great demeanour. Would definitely suggest going into this clinic.
