Absolutely amazing! I am so thankful to have found Mark. He came to the nursing home and fitted my mom with new hearing aids right at the home. He was very professional, friendly, patient and understanding. What a difference he has made. Thank you Mark!

How amazing is it to have someone who comes directly to you? As my mom is now 92, and in a wheelchair, it would be difficult to try and get Mom out all the time to various appointments. We are so glad to have found Mark. He is so pleasant, kind, understanding, caring and knowledgable. Always there should we need him. I wish all services for the elderly were so convenient and the services were as excellent as Mark has proven. The world would be a better place if we had more Marks!

I am thankful for companies like this and for people like Mark who are so dedicated to serving the community. There are so many elderly and/or disabled who require house call service and Mark is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure that my mother's hearing aids were working perfectly and went to great lengths to ensure that he found the solution. Excellent service I recommend 110%!
