I had a wonderful experience at Amplifon Burnaby. The staff were professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. The whole process was smooth and I felt very well cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hearing care services.

Jess is very good at setting up appts & readjusting them when needed. Eric gave a very good hearing test as he has A+ CS skills & great expertise in knowledge about hearing. He explained all the steps for my successful hearing test. He explained the result in great detail & made it easy to understand. Thanks Eric for making the process of the test user friendly & easy to experience & understand.

Had my hearing tested in early February. Was a bit nervous -- had my hearing tested 10 years ago -- worried I would not hear the beeps. Eric was great -- very calming, entertaining, and knowledgeable. So glad I got my ears tested today!
