Dr. Doris Shiu and Vivian Cheung (the receptionist) were really helpful and nice. Vivian helped me a lot in booking an appointment. Dr. Shiu was really patient and detailed oriented about my issues. I live in North Vancouver, it was so far away from my home but I’m really satisfied with it. Highly recommended

I had a great experience at People Hearing. The entire team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was sick, and they were incredibly understanding and made the process very easy. A special thank you to Vivian, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Doris Shiu was also excellent, very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated the care I received and would highly recommend People Hearing to anyone looking for hearing care.

I had a wonderful experience at People Hearing. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Doris Shiu is an excellent audiologist who took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would also like to thank Vivian Cheng, the Hearing Care Coordinator, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend People Hearing to anyone looking for hearing care. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service!
