I recently purchased new hearing aids at this location. Not only am I completely satisfied with the hearing aids but more importantly I am absolutely impressed with the service and follow-up support I've received from Simone. She gave me all the time I needed to show me how to use my hearing aids for my individual needs. I was given prompt appointments to deal with any further adjustments I needed. She even helped me navigate my phone to adjust settings specific for my needs. I always feel like my questions are valid and I never feel rushed with her. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to deal with your hearing health needs.

Simone, the audiologist that we dealt with, was very knowledgeable and has an excellent disposition. She tested and fitted by 91 year old mother, who suffers with dimentia, with hearing aids. Her custom fitting, ongoing instructions, follow-up assessments and attention to detail have made the transition to hearing aids very smooth and extremely successful for my mother. I highly recommend Connect Hearing! And Simone !

I had an absolutely abysmal experience in quality of service with this clinic. An appointment of mine was scheduled here close to the beginning of the year. I was called last week by this clinic, informing they rescheduled since it conflicted with a team meeting. I was fine, agreed, and adjusted my own schedule to meet the new time. Now the day of the appointment, I called in first thing to confirm my time. The lady I spoke to on the phone asked for my name (not even checking spelling), stated I wasn’t in their system and I wasn’t on their schedule. Before I could even say a word she hung up on me. This was stressful as I waited for over a year for an ENT doctor and they said I needed a hearing test results prior to that visit. When I finally got another call through with this clinic to try and find a different time, they talked over me and said they couldn’t provide any service since my personal cell # I was providing didn’t match the one in the system. The EXACT same personal # they used to call me the week prior. Again, before they even finished their own sentence or I could ask a question, they hung up. Believe me, this is only the condensed version of my experience. I have never been treated so poorly by another doctor or clinic. It’s a shame that a place that supposedly has great service would allow this kind of behaviour to be provided to referred patients. I would rather delay my doctor appointment longer than have to support this place.
