I was not looking forward to getting hearing aids but knew that I needed them. The owner/operator of the clinic, Kinsi Gondalia made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. She is truly a warm hearted and kind person. She spoke so easily about the testing process and how the hearing aids would help me with disabilities. She was patient with all of my many questions. I have had the hearing aids for several weeks already and they are exactly how Kinsi described. I'm so thankful for this experience and for my hearing aids.
