$1,800 to $3,000

Mid-range, per pairRechargeable, Bluetooth, better in noise

$3,000 to $5,000

Premium, per pairTop processing and features

$5,000 to $8,000+

Prices in CAD per pair, illustrative as of 2026, and they usually include fitting and follow-up care. What you pay depends on the technology level, your hearing needs, and the clinic. Many provincial assistive-device programs (like Ontario's ADP and Alberta's AADL) and private insurance plans cover part of the cost.

  I booked the hearing assessment appointment based on one big requirement - it has to be a home visit because my father is in wheelchair and in a nearby long term care. I booked it 2 weeks in advance only to be told 2 days from the appt time that the audiologist does not have the equipment. When I booked the appointment I was very clear that it's urgent. This really ruined my plan because we lost the 2 weeks time. The person I talked to when I booked the appt seemed experienced and did not seem to be new. This is very unprofessional in many ways and seems to be done in a deliberate way so that I cannot decline last minute. Stay away from this place because this says a lot about the level of customer service and support that you would be getting. Update : I just read their response to my review. They never called me. I also have no interest in talking to them. The time was lost already. People don’t realize that their negligence really impact other people’s lives. Pretending to care afterwards does not help.

  I had a hearing test and wax cleaning done in the clinic. The secretary and the specialist was very professional and friendly. Enjoy the experience.

  I went for hearing test. Both doctor & receptionist were very professional, friendly and accommodative. I am fully satisfied. Highly recommended.
