My father recently visited the Hearing Solution office to have his hearing aid repaired, and the experience was exceptional. Our audiologist, Dr. Yang Lin, was incredibly professional and provided top-tier service, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly. I also want to give a special thanks to Vivian at the front desk; she was so helpful and made the booking process seamless. Highly recommend this team for their expertise and care!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yang for ear wax removal and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and well-organized. Dr. Yang was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and patient, taking the time to explain the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was expected to be quick; however, due to a more challenging situation—specifically having an extra-deep ear canal—it took longer than usual. Despite this, the end result was extremely effective, with immediate relief and noticeably improved hearing right away (music to my ears, literally!). Dr. Wang’s precision and care truly stood out, and at no point did I feel rushed or uneasy. If you’re looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and compassionate doctor for ear wax removal, I highly recommend Dr. Yang. This is the kind of care that makes you wonder why you didn’t book sooner. Five stars without hesitation!
