We came to Salus Hearing Centre, looking for help for my mom's hearing problem. The staff was so great and friendly. Right from the beginning I was very happy with the service. Now we decide to get the hearing aids with them and we have become clients for the next few years. Sabrina is very friendly and knowlegble. Thank for taking care of my mom. Luisa Puche

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Everyone is very attentive and patient. They take the time to listen to my elderly mother's concerns about her hearing issues and provide her with the necessary support. Thank you to the Salus Hearing Team for taking such good care of my mom!

I went to Salus with severe hearing loss after the vaccine. The initial appointment was okay and I was told that I needed hearing aids. My hearing aids never worked properly . I kept on going back several times because I could not hear properly with them . The service was horrible because I believed it was all about money . They could not get me out of their office fast enough. There was absolutely no caring . The only real support I got was from the receptionist when she told the technician that he cannot hear and she asked them to do work . I felt that this clinic is about maximizing profit and that is it. I was deeply saddened and disturbed with the lack of caring and service. Subsequently, I went to another clinic and they have been amazing. They even fixed my hearing aids from Salus . I was told they were blocking the sound not enhancing it. I felt totally hurt the way I was treated and I do not recommend this clinic at all. Find an audiologist that cares . I am so happy with my new audiologist. They spend a lot of time with me making sure that my hearing aids are optimized for multiple environments . I am not interested in any comments from the owner as feedback. Shame on you. Unfortunately, I had to give a one star review. They actually deserve zero stars or negative stars. Mark Feldstein, CPA,CA
