Methodology
Figures are Google review counts across the senior-living homes listed on Senior Care Path in each city as of November 2026. Total reviews sum every home's count; reviews per home divides by the number of homes. We show cities with at least three homes (five for the per-home ranking) so a single busy listing cannot define a market. These reflect homes in our directory, not every home in a city.

Measured as reviews per home, Waterloo (53), Guelph (53), and Mississauga (49) see the most feedback per listing, a sign of engaged local families and, for you, more to read before choosing.
Do more reviews mean better care?
Not on their own. Review volume signals how much other families have to say, which makes comparison easier, but the rating and what reviews actually describe matter more. Our Confidence Score weighs reviews alongside verification and transparency so volume alone never decides the ranking.
