Methodology
Demand is monthly search volume for senior-care queries from our keyword research, summed across care types per city. Supply is the number of senior-living communities listed on Senior Care Path in that city as of September 2026. Searches per option divides the two. We show only cities with at least 2,000 monthly searches and at least 5 listed options, so the ratio is not distorted by a tiny denominator. This is a demand-pressure signal from our data, not a census of every senior-care bed in a city.
