Consumer Alert: use extreme caution. I will never shop there again (CPAP). Unethical and very sus business model.

If I could rate it with zero stars I would. Don’t order or do business with CME. I ordered a cpap accessory it was to be delivered to the store in Kanata in Feb and was to be available for pick up 3-4 days later. Left multiple messages for over a month and no response. All sales are final, even when you wait over a month and no response.

I would leave a 0 star for them but not an option, do not order on line with them. i ordered Tena diapers from them on Sept 4th and 3 weeks later nothing, apparently still in the warehouse, lucky for me I paid with PayPal and was reimbursed after they even ignored them when I opened a case.
