We hired Grand Renovations for our kitchen renovation in North Vancouver, and they did an excellent job. Our galley kitchen was redesigned efficiently, making the space much more functional. They also handled all city permits, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Professional team and solid results.

Grand Renovations just finished a full condo renovation for our place in Vancouver, and the transformation is incredible. They managed the entire process of our bathroom remodel and opened up the kitchen for a much better open-concept layout. Navigating Vancouver strata bylaws and the logistics of a high-rise can be a nightmare, but they handled the paperwork and elevator bookings without any issues. It’s rare to find a Vancouver general contractor that stays on a strict schedule while maintaining this level of quality. If you’re looking to remodel a condo in Yaletown or downtown, these guys are the ones to call. The craftsmanship is solid and the project was stress-free.

Grand Renovations did an excellent job on our townhome renovation. The finished space turned out exactly how we imagined — even better in some areas. We worked with Tatiana, our project manager, and her experience really showed. From the first walkthrough, she caught important details other contractors missed, saving us time and extra costs. The team was organized, professional, and quick to respond throughout the entire project. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Grand Renovations.
