ORCA Healthcare recently transformed my bathroom to an accessible walk in shower. The installation was completed over 4 days and they took care of everything. I was kept informed as to the procedure and what to expect. They are a highly professional company and are highly recommended. I love my new walk in shower, thank you.

ORCA/Joselle was extremely helpful. Process was easy and order was quickly filled and also followed up on, rare these days. Product was stout and contractor (having to trim panel heights) tried 2 normal work saws, then broke out his big gun, Its structural integrity impressed him as did little things like color coordinated caulk sent with the color requested walk in. He advised price wise, being so structurally sufficient that it was competitive. Cheaper units take more prep and external strengthening raising cost. He is now recommending these to customers to check out prior to selection. Thanks. Family loves it.

Bought a great product over the internet with a generous amount of long distance baby sitting from the staff, both sales and install. My definition of DIY is to buy the product and have it ready on site , with all the instructions and peripheral materials that may not be included. Plus the tarps and a big trash can and cleaning water. With Joselle's and Ray's patience, I was able finish my part, so I had no reservations about pushing the "go" button. And the 2 installers did their part easily in less than 6 hours. I am hereby claiming victory for ORCA and geezers everywhere who want a walk-in 5 x 5 shower. Carpe Diem ! John Wells Rogersville TN
