Very rude service technician, this company was at the building I live in today servicing one of the two elevators we have. A woman with a cain and using an oxygen machine was treated with such disrespect for using the elavtor that had some parts in it. If you don’t want people using that elevator put it in service mode. This guy told her she was taking to long to get out of the elevator and that she should have waited for the other one, our building is old and you can’t tell were the elevator is unless your on the first floor. I still can’t believe that he would talk to someone who can barely walk and in oxygen like that. If you have a building with older people and don’t want them disrespected consider another company.

What a great experience. Quality, Integrity & Professionalism all around with HAL-BRANT. If your elevator is in need of service or repair, these are the guys you need to call. They will leave you feeling that you got a more than fair deal for the money spent. Highly recommended!
