I concur with Palma's assessment. My experience mirrored the review's details. After an extended waiting period, the delivered wheelchair deviated significantly from the specifications and expectations. The only accurate aspect was the color. The components utilized were of inferior quality, including the front castor wheels, which appeared to be readily available, low-cost options. The overall construction indicated substandard materials, resulting in considerable disappointment and frustration. I regret not selecting an alternative healthcare provider. Thorough research is highly recommended when procuring healthcare equipment.

David Scheck is professional and was very prompt with his communication with me. Thank you David! The chair fits my mom so well! We got it last year, but wanted to have it tested out before I write an honest review. I keep it clean for my mom as the nursing home she's in don't clean the food stains off. Thanks again David!
