Went to the Victoria location and was greeted by a friendly employee, Alex, who help me locate what I was looking for. As I was walking the store to see what else I require, I was acknowledged by Diane with a ‘hello’. Angela was polite and professional at the cash. It is nice to see these positive trades in a fast moving retail environment. I have been in the retail business for 35+ years and it is a refreshing to see some business still put their customer service first. 👍🏻 to the team.
