We rented a wheelchair and had such a positive experience. The staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They made the entire process fast and smooth during what was already a stressful time for our family. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt genuinely cared for.

We needed a stairlift. It was a quick efficient process. Sales person came out and went over the options available to us. He helped us choose the best product for our stairs. Professional installer came out a few days later and did a quality installation and showed us how to use the product. Installer took all the cardboard etc and even vacuumed the work area. Gave me service tips and a service interval to keep the chairlift in optimum condition. Would highly recommend MedMobilty.

My uncle's wheelchair had somehow gone into a lock out mode and I could not find a manual that applied to this particular model. I stopped by MedMobility South and spoke with Tom McKeaveney. He said he would attempt to track down the information that I required, which he promplty did and emailed to me. I was able to unlock the chair properly, after which I contacted Tom to thank him and ask if I owed any payment for his time, which he declined to accept. Extremely happy with my experience there.
