I would highly recommend Ash from Noah Elevator for his outstanding professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. When my residential elevator became stuck well past midnight with my elderly mother trapped inside, I placed an emergency service call and Ash arrived within approximately 45 minutes. His quick response immediately put my family at ease during a very stressful situation. Ash was highly knowledgeable and was able to safely retrieve my mother quickly and professionally. What impressed me even more was that he went beyond simply resolving the immediate issue. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the elevator, explain potential causes of the malfunction, and identify maintenance concerns and components that required attention—issues I was previously unaware of. Throughout the service call, Ash was patient, professional, and clearly very experienced in his field. His willingness to share his expertise and help me better understand the condition of my elevator was greatly appreciated. Ash was incredibly reliable and professional. When he could not make the appointment because of an emergency, he contacted us directly and made sure to rebook. He arrived at the time that he said. He is also very knowledgeable and offered different options. His follow-up the next day was also excellent. I would not hesitate to use Noah Elevator again and would highly recommend Ash to others.
