I had very good working experience with this company .The staff was also good very helpful and understandable. I personally prefer absolute home care solutions for work .

The company overall provides satisfactory services; however, I believe that reviews should primarily reflect the quality of care provided by individual caregivers rather than the organization itself. In this regard, my mother’s caregiver, Roza, has been truly magnificent. She is compassionate, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. Roza consistently knows what needs to be done, when to do it, and how to do it in order to make my mother’s daily life more comfortable and manageable. Her dedication and professionalism have made a significant positive impact on my mother’s well-being. As for the company, while the general service is acceptable, there appears to be a lack of clear direction when it comes to scheduling and time management. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the overall experience.
