Olivier was very professional, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, provided helpful guidance, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. His kindness and understanding made a real difference. I’m very grateful for the whole team’s support and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Delaney at Anchorage counselling has been very insightful at helping myself navigate some personal and life challenges I’ve faced over the past year. She was able to use her skills to help myself grow and learn more about who I am as a person, as well as who I want to be. She has been amazing and I definitely recommended her to anyone that is looking for a counselling service.

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Delaney at Anchoridge Counselling. She’s kind, patient, and supportive, and makes it easy to open up. Since starting therapy with her, I’ve noticed real improvements in my mental health. After struggling to find the right therapist in the past, I’m really grateful to have found her!
