The environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, safety, and independence. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a high-quality living experience where residents are treated with dignity and supported with understanding. Lutherwood Village is more than a retirement community — it’s a place where people are truly cared for and valued. Highly recommended.

I moved an elderly aunt into the Sunshine Centre about three years ago. The care she received was excellent from the nursing and PSW teams. My aunt's own words about the Sunshine Centre and the care she received were that it was "so good" that she could not imagine a better place that provided assisted care, that she could call home. She felt truly blessed to spend her last years there in a wonderful, caring community.

This past year my mother decided to move to Waterloo, from her home in Calgary, to be closer to me and my family. We toured a number of different retirement campuses in town and agreed that Luther Village was the best choice for her. We’ve been impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, the extensive facilities and activities and the support we received throughout the move.
