These were very nice rooms and we would otherwise have enjoyed it but the process was so complicated and navigating the parking was additionally stressful. I did this through expedia, then unknown to me I had to sign 3 forms sent via 3 seperate messages. It was later when we got to our location, and navigating the parking was exhausting. Thankfully someone answered the phone right away but due to being in underground parking reception was spotty and I had to walk around trying to get service. Thankfully after some time it all got figured out but by the time we got to our room we were too exhausted and it was very very late so not able to enjoy it much as we also had a morning event. Otherwise, place was clean, spacious, the shower products were amazing (so good they get honorable mention lol) and the view was great as there were so many windows. Honestly, we would have loved to have had more time to enjoy it if not for how long and complicated it was to get into it and if it hadn't been so stressful.

BEWARE: This is not a hotel. If you are driving up and expecting to see parking or a help desk- there is none. We tried and got lost and wasted hours waiting for help at their office that was locked during regular business hours. You must message the host via text and be in constant communication to enter the building, get keys, and get access to the underground parking. We were coming off a long plane ride from a different country so it was a bit of a nightmare. Once you have the keys and access to the parking garage you are staying in a great place! Amazing view of downtown. Great location and huge apartments. The first day was extremely unfortunate, but once we settled in, it was a great stay!

Great place. Clean and Comfortable. Convient to the downtown area. Quick response for all inquiries. Easy check in. Highly recommend. Loved the adjoining restaurant LaLa's. Only issue was the Keurig didn't work properly. Kettle provided but no tea. I definitely need my caffeine in the am. Friendly neighbor was so kind and brought us Starbucks!! We felt very safe there. We definitely would stay again. Would love to sit on the generous sized balcony in the summer! 😬Subzero temps right now. Brrr
