Salt Secret is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted into a calm and relaxing atmosphere that immediately helped me unwind. The spa is beautifully designed, with a soft yellow glow from the salt walls that truly made me feel peaceful. My massage was exceptional—professional, therapeutic, and incredibly relaxing. Joselyn took the time to ensure the treatment was tailored to my needs, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The combination of the tranquil ambiance and outstanding service made for a an exceptional visit.

Self-care isn’t just a buzzword to me, it’s a necessity. 🤍 My kids had gifted me the most beautiful experience at Salt Secret in Waterloo, and I’m still floating from it. From the moment I arrived, Joycelyn made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. She guided me through every step of the experience, starting in the salt sauna, followed by the essential oil-infused steam room, then into the hydration room for the most refreshing cool-down shower. Before settling into the salt cave for a deep, peaceful 45-minute nap, I had what was easily the best head massage of my life. Joycelyn is a magician. The combination of heat, steam, salt therapy, and stillness left me feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset, inside and out. This is your reminder that rest is productive too. ✨

What an amazing experience! First of all, Darlene is such a beautiful soul - she made it so cozy and comfortable for us both to relax and feel at home within the space. We did the circuit with the sauna, steam room, then salt cave. And wow…. The salt cave is truly a unique experience. It felt so relaxing. Salt is known for its alchemical properties, which means that it balances our electrolytes and fluids - this is especially good for people who have any anxiety or mental health imbalances. Fight or flight mode can put our bodies in such an imbalanced state. This salt cave really helps relax and regulate the nervous system. What a truly fantastic experience!
