After four months with Aruga Home Care, I am truly delighted with the exceptional service we have received. Every member of the team is courteous, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. They are approachable, flexible, and attentive to my husband's individual needs, while always being respectful of our home and family dynamic. My husband genuinely looks forward to his visits with the home support workers, who engage him in meaningful routines and activities that enhance his well-being. I especially appreciate how they encourage his lifelong love of nature and the arts. Although his abilities and motivation have changed since his diagnosis, the Aruga team continually finds ways to help him participate, fostering a sense of purpose and ensuring he feels valued for who he is and for the contributions he continues to make. While the Aruga staff provide direct support to my husband, I also benefit from their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care, which are evident in every interaction. The journey we are on is not an easy one, and I am deeply grateful to have Aruga by our side. I wholeheartedly recommend the Aruga Home Care team to anyone seeking compassionate, professional, and person-centred care.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Aruga for their support and assistance during the challenging time of caring for my husband's mother. A special thank you to Leanne, who was an exceptional caregiver and provided outstanding care and compassion. The entire team was easy to work with, accommodating, and flexible in meeting our needs. Their support was a tremendous help to my husband as he cared for his mother. We truly appreciate the kindness, dedication, and assistance they provided throughout this journey. Aruga Home Care specializes in care for the elderly. My Mom who has dementia is one of their clients. From Day 1, we felt very comfortable with the caregivers that came to provide care for my Mom. All their caregivers are well trained and go above and beyond our expectations. Ali, the owner and other Management Staff are in constant communication with the clients. They not only provide care for the patients but also provide support for the family of the patient. They have a good program for their clients depending on their needs. They give back by having all the clients and families get together on special events. It is truly a family oriented organization. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing special care for a member of their family.
