When I reached out to Ascent Home Care in order to get care for my father, Denise answered my call and my prayers. She instantly sprung into action. She went to see my Dad the next day in the hospital, went to meet my mom the day after, and quickly got to work on assembling a care team. She did all of this in three days. Remarkable! We are so pleased and grateful for the care, understanding, and compassion provided by her and her amazing team. I highly recommend her. I cannot say enough good things about her, the company, and the care team. I'm truly appreciative and grateful.

Denise provided excellent care for my mother at home and Bowview manor. In addition to being a companion, she was an advocate and made sure mom was getting the best care possible. I would recommend her and her team highly.

Where do I start? Right from our first phone call the day I reached out, Denise was set apart from the rest. I knew that I wanted someone who understands and values human connection, not just running a business. She is exactly that and more! Denise and her team value building meaningful relationships and the difference is palpable. Large corporate companies, or CBI home care do not even come close to providing and nurturing the warmth and connection that Ascent Home Care does. My mother is difficult to say the least, but Denise connected with her right away and made her feel comfortable; like she could be herself-for better or worse! Denise handles it all in stride and provides expert insight and guidance. There has been a lot to contend with in the 2 months since Denise took on my mother's care; each step of the way she has gone above and beyond, supporting me in ways I never even considered possible. The care plan Denise put together is comprehensive, clear and thorough, so I have been able to step back as needed with full confidence and trust that my mother is in the best of hands. Priceless! I wholeheartedly recommend Denise and her team for yourself or loved one.
