I found At-Home Hospice through my mother’s care coordinator because I was at my wit’s end with the substandard nursing at my mother’s retirement home where I wanted her to be able to pass away comfortably. All the nurses I met through this agency were exceptional but especially Carol and Sara. Compared to what I had become used to at the retirement home, I couldn’t believe the level of professionalism, conscientiousness, compasssion, and skill that they all displayed. I felt complete confidence leaving my palliative mother in their capable hands and would recommend them to anyone needing top notch home nursing care. They are a stellar group of nurses!

I would like to thank At Home Hospice for the nurses they provided during my mothers end of life care at her retirement residence For 8 weeks my Mom had the most caring, compassionate, professional and experienced nursing care. You have no idea how the 24 hour care provided us reassurance during her last days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to the entire team and we appreciate all the condolences. Thank you Stephanie C

Considering the type of care this organization is meant to provide, my attempts to obtain information and guidance have been deeply disappointing. Communication has been cold, delayed, and at times entirely absent. Responses, when received, often take days, which is difficult to understand given the sensitive and urgent nature of hospice care. The overall impression has been one of disinterest rather than support. Based on my experience, the level of care and responsiveness required for families navigating end-of-life circumstances appears to be beyond their current capacity.
