Considering the type of care this organization is meant to provide, my attempts to obtain information and guidance have been deeply disappointing. Communication has been cold, delayed, and at times entirely absent. Responses, when received, often take days, which is difficult to understand given the sensitive and urgent nature of hospice care. The overall impression has been one of disinterest rather than support. Based on my experience, the level of care and responsiveness required for families navigating end-of-life circumstances appears to be beyond their current capacity.
