Told they would bath, make me a small dinner , light dishes Laundary take out garbage plus’s , all I needed was a wash down a dinner made save that’s it !!! All she did was wash me down and yes did a good job an asked for a quick shave , we don’t do that , I ask if she would fix me a lunch my wife left it out for them to do !! No we don’t feed people , then a nurse comes in I’m not good with accents , she kept snapping at me cause I asked her nicely to repeat what she said ? I”ve been home for 3 days now and I just got a call for physio coming tomorrow ???? What to do I think I might call it off my family has pushed there busy live to the side and friends to help me so why bother with an isles company like this done !!

I do appreciate the help. But every week getting a new PSW is difficult for me because I have to go thru the routine with each person. I know staffing can be the problem and locations.

Bayshore is by far THE WORST home care company ever. We had so many issues with their workers causing sores, rashes, infections and open wounds yet anytime we spoke with Sue she always said "I will look into it" with no results. Thanks to this company, my 64 year old mom is stressed out above and beyond what anyone should be, my dad who is 71 is in pain with all the sores, rashes, infections, and this has cost us hundreds of dollars in medications to clear it up. Their workers may or may not show up, if they do show up they only stay maximum 20 minutes when we were told by Sue they are to be there for one full hour. I hope this company is reading this because head office is doing NOTHING about it!! We will be pursuing legal action as this is elder abuse and neglect!! If I could give this company zero stars I would, they're arrogant and don't care about the well being of anyone!
