I'm an exhausted mother who desperately needed help and resources. So, I used Clic Santé to quickly find a consultation with a social worker. I got an appointment the same day with Roxane Pearson-Mercier. During our meeting, I felt listened to and understood, which was much appreciated. However, at the end of the session, no concrete solutions were offered. Instead, I was promised an email with resources tailored to my situation. Four days later, I finally received an email that contained none of the resources mentioned. It simply asked for my availability for a future appointment, along with consent forms to sign. In my opinion, this type of form should be completed before the first meeting. I replied, thanking her for listening, but specifying that I didn't wish to continue, as I needed concrete help. I never received a response to that message. Instead, I received an invoice in English from a company whose existence and connection to this professional were unknown to me. I am very disappointed with this experience. When you take the step of asking for help, you expect a minimum of follow-up and concrete support. I felt completely abandoned.
