Communication is really bad with this agency. Despite needing nursing care they don’t call the day before to inform you of when they are coming. According to their policy the nurses have to call you the day before and not 1/2 hr-1 hr before coming. They wear shoes in my place of residence making it hard for me to clean up after they leave. My floor has permanent marks because they don’t use the garbage but my floor as a garbage instead. Overall, between scheduling mistakes, poor communication between both the nurses and the office. They change the schedule and don’t notify me. I guess they think that you’ll always be sitting at home and have no life and are always available at any time of the day. Or they just give you one option for a visit and heaven forbid you have something at that time there is absolutely no flexibility. It doesn’t matter if it’s 9:00 at night and going to bed then get a call and a nurse is coming in an hour. I don’t think that’s very considerate.

No communication about schedule changes with nurses. Some pws dont respect property of homeowner my bathroom has to be redone with new taps due to them jamming bowls underneath the taps, psws goes through personal belongs of people's thing in the bathroom that is not linked to client, they rummage through everything looking for things (I had tp hidden in a bathroom cabinet they found it and used it while they had a full pack of wipes in the open) I have to lock and hide everything now even things for my own baby. It's a hit and miss company

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the services provided by Bayshore, particularly regarding the appalling scheduling practices for my brother, who is a paralyzed stroke patient. The scheduling has been nothing short of outrageous. Assigning the first care visit at 11:30 in the morning, and on other occasions at 12:30, is entirely unacceptable for an individual who is immobile, vulnerable, and left lying in his own bodily fluids due to the lack of timely assistance. No medically dependent patient—let alone a paralyzed one—should be subjected to such neglect. For three months, I attempted to work with your team to correct the schedule and secure humane and medically appropriate visit times. Despite repeated calls, explanations, and pleas, nothing improved. In fact, the situation deteriorated week after week. The level of disregard shown toward my brother’s condition is alarming, careless, and deeply unethical. When I raised these concerns with a supervisor, I was met with an astonishingly unprofessional response. I was told that if I was “not satisfied with the timing,” I should simply find another company. This dismissive attitude reflects a shocking lack of compassion and responsibility. Caregiving is not a convenience business—these are human beings, not time slots. Suggesting that our only options are to accept harmful scheduling or leave is a disgraceful stance for a healthcare provider. It has become painfully clear that Bayshore operates with a mentality of “our way or the highway,” with no regard for patient dignity, medical necessity, or family advocacy. If compassion, mercy, and respect for disabled individuals are beyond the capabilities of your staff, then those working in these roles should reconsider their profession and allow those who genuinely care to serve the vulnerable. I am at a loss for words that a supervisor would speak to a family member in such a manner. My brother deserves humane care, not bureaucratic cruelty.
