Our journey has been guided by Camiel, whose leadership as Manager of Client Services is nothing short of exemplary. Her attentiveness, genuine kindness and patience have made us feel heard and supported at every turn. Similarly, our Care Coordinators, Arianne and Rose, have been our anchors; their patience, courteous demeanor and professional dedication have made navigating my father’s care a truly worry-free experience. My father is 96 years young—a traditional Italian gentleman who is both intellectually sharp and naturally sociable. The loss of his independence and mobility has been especially hard on him, as he holds dignity and trust in the highest regard. Accepting support did not come easily, but your team has navigated that with genuine respect and compassion. I would like to highlight these exceptional individuals who care for him: Ganga: As our first PSW, Ganga has been a steady, guiding light for over two years. She is the gold standard of care, remarkably reliable and has truly never missed a single shift. Beyond her professional excellence, she is a woman of immense grace, integrity, and warmth. She treats my father with a level of gentle patience and genuine respect that has allowed him to maintain his dignity. He absolutely adores her; she is truly family to us. Navneet: Having been with us for over a year, Navneet has proven to be very dependable and trustworthy. Her care is the perfect mix of professional skill and a gentle, calming spirit. She has a special gift of fostering connection through conversation, ensuring my father feels heard, valued, and mentally active as he shares his life stories. Sophiya: In just two visits, she has made an indelible first impression. She is very professional, polite, friendly, and remarkably eager to master the nuances of my father’s care. Her calm demeanor has allowed us to place our trust in her without hesitation. I also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the other caregivers at Right at Home who have supported my father over the years. Each of you brought your own unique kindness and skills into our home, and we are grateful for the role you played in his care. It requires a person of extraordinary character to perform this work. Our 94-year-old mom fractured her arm in three places and suddenly needed additional help in her apartment. My husband and I were completely burned out from caregiving, and we knew we needed support. I contacted Right at Home and discussed Mom’s needs and the hours required. Leah was extremely helpful, and a wonderful team was put in place—Bernice, Nicole, Veronica, and Kathryn. Mom received three hours of care every morning, and each personal support worker treated her with kindness, respect, dignity, and genuine love. Their care was very personal yet always professional. Bernice, Nicole, Veronica, and Kathryn were incredibly helpful, and having this level of support brought us such comfort and peace of mind. My brother and sister and I have been concerned about out 95 year old mother. Her short term memory is not at its best. I looked into some help coming to assist her with bathing and light duties in the home. I contacted Right At Home, what a blessing. Mom was matched up with Kathryn J. What a wonderful and compassionate person. We are all so grateful.
