Unable to show up to change a dressing that needs to be changed every 2 days. Im on day 4. Also on chemotherapy so i have zero immune system. The director calls me and speaks very condescending a d sarcastically. Wouldnt listen to me telling her when i would be home. Im in cancer center getting a blood transfusion. Now i have to tell nurses here at the cancer center to do the dressing change .

Today is my last day at bayshore after 3.5 years of service in Bayshore as an employee. The unfair and unprofessional performance of the current management has resulted in my resignation. The mental pressure given to the employees by the management even resulted in the formation of the recent union, which proves how good the current management is.

A parent of mine had an appointment today. The worker never showed up after approximately 35 minutes. Apparently the worked called in sick, but we were never notified. This is unacceptable in every way. With my parent waiting patiently a good part of the day. Communication was terrible. No wonder Bayshore is looking for workers.
