Their office staff has been pleasant to deal with in conversations however after using their cleaning services for my mother I would strongly recommend you not use them. I actually had to have the house cleaned after their visits due to them doing nothing. There was dust on the floor, never once cleaned the toilet, there was still a coffee ring on the counter. We have cameras for my mom’s security and saw she would only work for an hour or less then charge for two hours. Some weeks my mom would cancel and she would still be charged. It’s not worth it even at a discount.

Most employees were good, but seemed to lack the ability to listen to my spouse’s complaints. Using a product that makes removing bandages much easier would have made his visits much less painful. I still resent this particular issue, as it made him suffer unnecessarily; It’s not like the money for this product came out of their own pockets. Actually makes my blood boil thinking back.
