It was our first time attending Family Day on July 15 and we were so impressed. We had family visiting from BC and they all left feeling so grateful that our aunt is living here. The event was wonderful and it was clear how much care and effort went into making it special for the residents and their families. Most importantly we were so pleased to see the compassionate care our aunt has been receiving. A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff especially the lovely nurses and care team on Tehaus Wing, for taking such wonderful care of our Tanta. Knowing she is surrounded by kind, dedicated people gives our family great peace of mind. We truly appreciate everything you do!

My dad spent his final days at Bethania Personal Care Home, and I’m truly grateful for the care he received. The staff treated him with genuine compassion, dignity, and patience every day. They communicated with our family clearly and kindly, especially as his health declined, and we always felt he was in good hands. The home was clean, calm, and grounded in a real sense of community. I’m thankful for the comfort and respect they showed my dad and our family during a difficult time.

We were asked by one of the managers to leave a review if we were happy with the care provided and needless to say, we truly are! Our sister lives here and she is extremely happy. The care she receives is excellentand everyone is genuinely involved in her well-being. The North nurses and staff are attentive, kind always take the time to inform us of even the smallest incidents or updates. We are all kept well informed and we always feel confident that she is in good hands. We’re very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team.
