They put those elderly people to bed right after supper! They tease them too! Those HCA and RN are LAZY !! If you got parents start checking up on them! Some of these places are elder abuse emotionally and mentally and physically!! They are need different staff!

I want to thank all the staff on Evergreen and the activity department for the support they gave my brother while he was a resident. My brother was moved to another facility so I could be nearer to him.

My dad was temporarily sent to Fred Douglas lodge until an opening came up at the home my mother was at. He is so happy at Fred Douglas lodge that it's where he wants to stay. The staff is so caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. Thank you to the staff in the willow ward. Dad is very happy.
