Excellent home for my mom. From day one Roger and Cherie made it a comfortable transition for my mother and they eased our worries about having her move in to a home from her independent apartment. We were really worried my mother would hate it and struggle. But the excellent staff at the Cardinal Residence have far exceeded our expectations. My Mom is happy there and she regular tells me the staff are excellent. Every time I visit my mother there I feel extremely grateful she is in good hands. If I have any questions or issues the staff are always there to help. The nurses there are phenomenal and I know if I have any concerns they are always there to help. I know I can call Cherie or Roger directly and they are incredible and treat my mom with care and respect. Thanks God for this residence, it really saved my mom's life and eased our fears and worries. Also, the location is excellent for my mother. She was a nurse for over 30 years and she appreciates being close to the hospital and the building which was her former nursing school. Thank you to Roger, Cherie and all the staff!

I have had a wonderful experience at the Cardinal retirement home. the staff have gone above and beyond helping me navigate through covid. unfortunately i have to say goodbye to my friends here as i have found a place closer to my daughter in stoney creek. i gladly give this facility a five star rating you wont find better care...

My mother was at Cardinal for 7 years and from day one she was treated like a queen. She loved her time there as the staff always made her smile. My family felt we could not have been any luckier to have a second family taking care of our mother. They encouraged her to participate in activities. Took time just to talk to her when stuck in her room during Covid. And kept us well informed. The Cardinal staff treats people like they are family. And contrary to the one bad review. The food is always fresh and if you didn’t like it the cook would make you something else.
