We have just moved our mother into the care cottage this week. I cannot even say how happy I am and the difference in a week in my mum. Karen and her team are the kindest group of people I know and the respect they show their residents is truly heartwarming. My mum lived in a long term care facility , and that is what it was, a facility which is funded by the government but more expensive than this beautiful home. This gives my mother and others the dignity they deserve. The pictures are two weeks apart! Thank you to all of you for making our mother and me feel special and cared for.
