We are incredibly grateful for Otelio and the team at Care on Demand. Caring for aging parents comes with a lot of moving parts, and from the start, Otelio's communication was clear, responsive and very compassionate. As our family's needs shifted, they were flexible and accommodating, always making adjustments with patience and professionalism. What meant most to us was the dignity and compassion shown to both of my parents. The PSW's were kind, attentive and genuinely caring. We never felt like just another case, we felt heard and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Care on Demand to any family looking for home healthcare that blends competence with heart. Thank you Otelio and Team !!

The agency has been a huge help to our transitional housing program. The staff they send are trained, respectful, and compassionate, and they help maintain consistency of care for our residents. We truly appreciate their support.

I have been using Care on Demand's services since May 2022. It is the BEST Agency I have come across to help Seniors live Independently in their homes. I always get excellent, professional care when I demand it from Care on Demand. Cattleya, my PSW is very professional, courteous, hard working and very kind. On top of being disabled, I was very stressed wasting my time with Government Agencies and other Senior care private agencies. Care on Demand has been a God sent to me.
