I would give zero stars if I could.. I have been dealing with this company for 3 years now.I am a full time caregiver and have a full time job. All I need this company for is to come in once a day and give her a sponge bath as she cannot get in the shower. The woman that come stay for 5 mins and leave. They might wash one leg or an arm and that’s it. A lot of them can’t even close a door when they come in. Most speak no English and when you do get a decent one they take them for the nursing homes and send you more useless women. It’s gotten so bad I have now had to just go down to once a week and have taken on her bathing myself. It ridiculous that our tax dollars go to pay this company of people who don’t care. I have spoken to many supervisors about this over the years but all I get is I’m sorry and nothing changes. I can’t believe this is what people who really need their services have to put up with. If you can stay away from this company.

I was told after my prostate surgery that I had to go to this place on Columbia Street in Waterloo to have my catheter removed. Well lo and behold she could not remove the catheter all the way. She had to leave and get someone else to remove it. As she left she did not throw a cover on me and left the door open I thought that was very unprofessional.I would not recommend going there ever. And I will let my specialist know that as well.

Care Partners was set up to come to our home 1 day a week for supports. 5 weeks in, they have been late three times and no showed once. The only time in these 5 weeks that wasn't an issue was the week we didn't need someone as they were at respite. They admitted "someone forgot to put you back in the schedule" Unacceptable service and will not be having them in our home again.
