We would like to sincerely thank Accord for the exceptional care and support she provided to my husband during her time as his PSW in Kitchener, Ontario. My husband suffers from dementia, and caring for someone with such a condition requires not only professionalism, but also patience, compassion, and dedication -- - these are the qualities that Accord truly demonstrated every single day. Accord carried out her duties professionally and always treated my husband with kindness, dignity, and respect. She was extremely supportive and consistently went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. Her caring attitude, positive nature, and willingness to assist made a very difficult time much easier for our family. In fact, she is the best PSW we have ever had. Even though we have now moved to a different city, we still remember and appreciate everything she did for us. Exceptional caregivers like Accord are rare, and we feel very fortunate to have had her support. Thank you, Accord, for your outstanding care, compassion, and dedication. We will never forget your kindness and the difference you made in our lives.

The Waterloo faculty is very clean and organized. The staff working at Care partners are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I am happy to be cared for by them and I recommend it to anyone who needs assistance but are able to leave the home for treatment. The staff do what they can to assist patients coming in for treatment. The manager sometimes will even come in to check on patients to ensure they are happy with care provided. Keep up the great work. They also cover the parking lot fee for their patients.

Agree with previous post of Care Partners. The KW scheduling team and manager are the worst. They do not return calls or follow up. Do not respect scheduling requested by caregiver families. Over promise and under deliver is their motto!
