  I'm not overly impressed with this office because Chloe the person who did my initial assessment she told me that PSWs can do a little bit of light cleaning maybe dishes light meal prep and I talked to a PSW that came today to bathe me and she told me she doesn't do any cleaning. She'll just wipe up in the bathroom if there's any water on the front part of the tub or on the floor after washing the person but that's all she does. The thing that I didn't like was that Chloe told me that I would get 1 hour a week to help me get washed up and I would think that that 1 hour would be just solely for my care and it's not. The PSW told me today that that 1 hour includes driving time so this person ended up showing up to my place 15 minutes before my scheduled time slot because she wanted to get done with me early because her next appointment was 1 hour away for a drive. I didn't appreciate the person showing up that early before my time slot because I wasn't quite ready. So I just feel that this office is not giving clients complete accurate information which is not good. I mean if the 1 hour includes driving time the person should be stating that to the client not be having clients think that they have 1 hour for their care. Same with the program where the PSWs can do other duties besides the bathing because there's two different programs. This office needs to be giving clients accurate information because I definitely was told they would do light cleaning and that's not the case unless it's just this particular PSW I saw today that won't do it I'm not sure.

  Incompetence. Unprofessional. These words come to mind. If you ever have to deal with them, please don't assume they have any authority or expertise. I made that mistake, bad idea. Now that im back to myself again, I am so glad to have gone somewhere else. She suggested that if or when i do drink again, to do it in a 'classy' 'elegant' way.. WHAT?? Asking questions that are so unprofessional about my relationship with my family 'are you the loser in your house?' I laughed, and swiched topics. This is just from a few meetings before i went somewhere else. There is more that I dont want to mention, even today. When you call her out, she doesn't call back, but sends her manager to call me(not in therapy world, just administrative role. Meaning tomorrow they can have a job for a completely different feild and this is part of their resume. Their response, "your file was from 2 years ago". That doesn't justify anything. Please read this and understand that I feel for you if you are struggling to get back on track. Do not go to this place, there are people out there who genuinely care. You will not find it here. All the best to you! Claudia or something. Unbelievable.

  Very very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. First off it’s very hard to reach someone all they do is transfer you. When you’re transferred the phone hangs up… it’s like they don’t care at all. Second the nurse was confused on what was going on, it’s like there was zero communication. When she finally came to our house she was unable to put in the IV then said she’d call a different nurse and left. We didn’t hear back for 5+ hours but she said someone would be back in 1 hour to give my boyfriend his dose. BECAUSE HE NEEDED THE DOSE ASAP. We were forced to go to the hospital because of this nurse’s negligence. She never once called us to let us know what was happening. Absolutely horrible experience overall.
