  Frustrating beyond belief and almost not worth the aggravation. The PSWs will constantly leave the door unlocked making a safety issue as anyone could walk in. I've had to show them how to lock a door! seriously! My mother has limited movement and can't even safely take the small flight of stairs to ensure the door is locked. I've called multiple times and they used to call me back or even just answer the phone. all i get now is the voicebox of the managers and they don't call me back anymore, i guess i complained too much. they need to fire and rehire management and ensure their PSWs are competent enough to know how a door lock works. this agency is a joke and almost makes things harder on family care givers like myself.

  They continue to change the Schedulers, who by the way are very tone deaf. They fail to realize they would not have a job if it was not for us in the community. They try to shove male workers on older females constantly. They do not read files or file notes. The care they give as a company is disgusting to say the least. They need to be overhauled. So they sent me a message and asked me to call them at the 866 number which is the Corporate office. The person answering the phone had no clue as to what to do. I spent 5 min on hold and chose to hang up. Apparently the issue starts at the Head Office. They lack any information or co ordination and therefore the satellite offices are also clueless. This company needs a serious overhaul. They need proper Dispatchers to go in and Train the people who schedule the workers. They need to have the Schedulers have a relationship with the clients under their umbrella. They need to have people who speak clear and concise English. They need to stop moving the schedulars around and thereby give the clients some sense of security. This company is terrible. I have never found a company so very disorganized as Care Partners. The name does not suit what they do. They do NOT care as it they did, they would listen to us the client. The client is the Very Reason they exist as a company. I have so much experience and information that they could benefit from, but have found them too close minded to learn from someone who has decades of knowledge working and dealing with people. Care Partners, I will be reporting you to the Ministry of Health and to the On Health At Home and any other agency that will listen. You really need a strong fix. You are terrible and above all, Disrespectful to the Clients who you serve in the community. It is time for Change at Care Partners. When you post a response, put your name to it or don't post. Your Receptionist is clueless.
