Im giving this agency one star because they are unprofessional, lack communication, and falsely advertise. Was told that I would be given a newly renovated two bedroom accommodation for myself and coworker as we were planning to do a month of travel nursing in sudbury together. Upon arrival that changed and I was placed in a basement with one bedroom and a pullout couch. The entrance leading to the basement was unsafe as the door did not close completely and was obstructed by large wooden crates. The basement itself was poorly renovated with exposed electrical wires, and incomplete ceilings. In addition, the washer and dryer was located in the one bedroom ( which appeared to be a laundry room that they just placed a bed in). Lastly, the basement was unclean. There were cob webs, and some type of brown dirt on the bathroom sink. The landlords themselves weren’t very inviting, and got upset when I had asked a question regarding the safety of the area (as I am new to the area and will be taking public transportation).They then asked me to leave and the agency sided with the landlord. Overall, just be careful with this agency as they are not completely honest and are unprofessional
