The psw's are the only good thing about this place. The office ignored the needs of the client and their caregivers. They ignore notes on the file unless it suits them. Their goal is the money from the government funding so when it comes time for the scheduling their attitude is this is what your getting and you will take it or get nothing. They don't call to notify of changes. If on a rare occurrence they do call they say that they will call you back with what is to happen and nobody calls back. Very poorly run!

My husband was in here for a work related medical exam and was very pleased with the customer service provided by Joanne, Janice and Shauna. They were extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make the whole exam effortless and seamless from start to finish. They definitely made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. Their dedication and compassion shouldn’t go unnoticed ! -Chris Walker
