Worst company to deal with. Care givers don’t really care for the patient. They don’t spend all the time they are supposed to be spending. They are always busy on their own phones. They don’t communicate at all with the family . Caregivers show up whenever they feel like. They are not reliable at all. Don’t ever deal with this poorly managed company. They put your loved ones lives in jeopardy.

My husband receives care every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in our home. Our Monday/Wednesday nurse is Jhonalyn. She is punctual and always arrives with the most joyful demeanour. She always asks how my husband and I are doing, and asks specific questions to ensure my husband is doing well physically and emotionally. She even greets our dog by name. Jhonalyn goes the extra mile and offers to help with comfort tasks that are beyond her responsibility. She’s quick but very skilled. I hope Calgary CBI realizes just how fortunate they are to have Jhonalyn on their team!

Since no one on the phone seems to listen maybe someone from the management department in Calgary would see this message & take action. You literally have an LPN doing 14 hour shifts who is currently on WCB and it seems no one cares! She is unable to pull, push, or lift while working but yet u still have catheters and stockings on her schedule. I work in homecare and in this line of work safety is the number 1 priority, not just for the client but for your staff as well. Doctors note given last week and still no one cares. Nursing supervisors just passing my loved one around like a basketball not taking any action in this matter. It’s literally disgusting. I do not how ALA trust u guys with the most clients in the city. It’s a joke!!! How does this get by the schedulers, nursing supervisors and upper management for over a week? If she gets hurt even more due to your negligence you will be hearing from our legal team. I advise you to take injuries seriously and tell your schedulers to actually do some proper scheduling and maybe do some scheduling that might benefit the field staff for once and not just them. And now a supervisor is giving my loved one a hard time because she just found out about the injury today even though my loved one gave the note to her supervisor last week! Now you’re gonna make my loved feel horrible because you have incompetent people called nursing supervisors lol! Look at the word HOMECARE you see the the word CARE.. Try it doing that!!!
